I'm MOVING!!!!
Life has been flying by so fast that I haven't had a chance to post it all. First off, I got a job in San Francisco-my dream job actually! As I had hoped, I'm leaving bedside nursing and starting a career in research. I will be running a very exciting project at UCSF and am SO blessed to have this opportunity! Because they need me out there so soon, I will be leaving NYC next Monday!!!
Saturday night was my last day at work and it was SOOOO bittersweet. There were tears, hugs, and kisses-all which will be cherished forever. There are so many thoughts on leaving work alone that I'm sure I'll have to do a separate entry for that all together.
Man...so much going on!!! Lots of people see and too much to do in this next week! In the meantime, here are some pictures from my family trip to Hawaii (last vacation I'll have in a LONG time...)HAWAII 2006

i'm about to throw myself into a week that may change my life forever.
...a leap of hope for a brighter future
...a leap of faith that God will guide me through the chaos of getting there
it's in times like these where i feel the presence of God the most. when i'm at the edge of something that's so much greater than me, when i feel the most lost. and i wish that i had taken the time to openly express all the ways that He's been actively carrying me through, because i have been so constantly amazed at the miracles that have been taking place in my everyday life.
and now, i feel like there are so many signs guiding me to this one goal, and yet it's ultimately out of my own hands. in the end, i just want to have peace with what happens; i want to have faith in why it happens.
